Responsibilities Ensure quality control, timely construction, and completion of homes
Perform general labour duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, lifting, and digging
Perform basic carpentry and other tasks as required,



to assist with the timely completion of homes
Complete quality control standards by completing checklists on a timely basis
Provide support to the warranty team when required
Maintain and enforce site cleanliness with trade partners
Adhere to and enforce the company’s safety policies and procedures
Other duties and responsibilities assigned
Requirements Experience in the residential home building industry (considered an asset)
Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal truck for work purposes (allowance provided)
Driven, focused, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Knowledge of building codes and construction methods
Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools
Ability to manage a heavy workload and operate efficiently
