Currently we are recruiting for a Calgary, AB, based;

Planner/Scheduler
We are looking for a Scheduler/ Planner to provide support creating and building schedules for the Canadian Distribution Terminals Projects, as well as act as the central/corporate Focal Point for the Small Projects Portfolio for all the Downstream Assets. As the Focal Point for the Small Projects Portfolio Planner, he/she will be responsible for:

Act as the dedicated Scheduler/Planner for the Canadian Downstream Asset supporting the small projects for that asset,



working closely with the Project Managers/Engineers.

Working with the Downstream Assets embedded Scheduler/Planner, managing and reviewing progress on the different projects.

Compile and maintain a Level 1 Schedule/ Plan for the full portfolio.

Contribute to the monthly reporting to Senior Management on Forecast of the Small Projects Portfolio by Asset.

Experienced enough to be able to work independently without guidance, providing leadership through influence by building a network with the Schedulers/Planners embedded in the Downstream Assets Small Projects Groups.

Effective Communication skills to enable him/her to build valuable working relationship to facilitate flow of information from the Small Projects Groups in the Downstream Assets.
