Position Summary:
Install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems in commercial structures. Inspect drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations. This position is for our projects division, which entails new and retrofit construction.

Responsibilities:

Commit to furthering mechanical knowledge through education and training seminars.

Maintain RCMP, Public Works Reliable clearance status.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Perform all job functions safely, complying with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and regulations.

Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map the layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.

Follow the Company’s Quality System operating procedures.





Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a plumbing certificate or apprenticeship level.

Red Seal journeyman certification.

Maintain ongoing education, professional designation, and knowledge of current codes.

Strong verbal communication and stress- and time-management skills.
