Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, beverages, and light food items with precision and care.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
Handle cash and credit transactions with basic math skills, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and accommodating special requests.
Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Knowledge of food safety practices, including proper food handling and hygiene protocols.
Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transaction processing.
Experience in serving or food preparation roles demonstrates your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
