Develop And Mentor Team Members In Their Technical Capabilities, Focusing On Enhancing Productivity Through Training Sessions And Hands-On Code Reviews.
Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Best Packages, And Potential Architectural Practices,
While Identifying Technical Risks And Facilitating Task Breakdown And Estimations.
Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports That Minimize Exposure And Risks In The Project, Effectively Addressing Any Escalations Encountered During The Development Lifecycle.
Skill Requirements
Solid Proficiency In C And C++ Programming Languages.
Solid Understanding Of System Software Development And Linux Environments.
Proficient In Sql For Database Interactions And Data Management.
Valuable Knowledge Of Version Control Systems And Development Tools.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Communicate Technical Concepts Clearly.
