About Us:

We are a high-energy hookah lounge offering premium service, great music, and a vibrant nightlife experience. We are looking for reliable and skilled team members who can deliver top-tier customer service and create an unforgettable guest experience.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all guests
Take orders for drinks, food, and hookah, and ensure timely service
Handle bottle service presentation and table management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
Upsell menu items and promotions (hookah, drinks, specials)
Process payments accurately using POS system
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
Follow all health, safety, and liquor service guidelines

Requirements:
Previous serving or bottle service experience preferred
Must have valid ProServe (Alberta) certification
Strong communication and customer service skills




Ability to work in a fast-paced, nightlife environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Assets (Nice to Have):
Experience in lounges, bars, or nightclubs
Knowledge of hookah service
Sales or upselling experience
