Duties
Provide a secure, clean, and supportive learning environment
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Assist children with washroom routines, toilet training, and diaper changes
Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning

Qualifications
Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
Knowledge of child development theories and practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
