Create and manage an Infrastructure Roadmap
Identify and prioritize IS infrastructure initiatives
Manage IS Infrastructure project portfolios
Develop workflow procedures and IS guidelines
Provide advanced technical support to current systems Requirements:
2-year diploma in Computer or Electronics Technology
8 years of relevant work experience
Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies
Superior customer service and communication skills
