Arsalan Construction Ltd. is looking for a Skilled Labourer to join the Civil Construction team for Road and Highway project.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical labour tasks at construction sites in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Operating small tools and equipment, including compactors, saws, jackhammers and, laser levels
Assisting heavy equipment operators with attachments.
Manual labour, site preparation, trench digging.
Loading/unloading construction materials.
Monitor productivity, quality of work, and site progress
Maintain daily reports, timesheets, and material tracking
Communicate effectively with co-workers
Clean, maintain, and secure equipment and property according to Company policies.
Perform other duties consistent with your role as required.
Ensure a safe work setting for employees, clients, subcontractors, and the public.
Represent the Company professionally and lead by example.
Qualifications: · Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction industry, preferably in road construction.
· Comfort working in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
