We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in various general labor/construction tasks and a passion for current construction and restoring structures. As a skilled laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of our construction projects.
Responsibilities
Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
General site labor and clean up.
Collaborate with Foreman/Site Supervisor and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Experience/ Qualifications
Proven experience as a skilled laborer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Experience and qualifications in operating telehandlers, AWP and other equipment is an asset.
Excellent understanding of Industry standard timelines and scheduling.
Familiarity with maintenance related repairs and trouble shooting.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to lead and motivate others.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Must have a reliable vehicle Basic tool kit required - company supplies larger and specialized tools
You will be eligible for the company health benefits plan after completion of a three-month probationary period
