About the Position

We are currently seeking reliable and caring Supply Staff to join our childcare team. This position provides support to three licensed daycare locations in Orangeville and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children, is flexible with scheduling, and can adapt to different classroom environments.

Supply staff may be called in to cover educator absences, vacation days, sick days, and periods of increased classroom needs.

What You’ll Do
Support children in daily routines, play, learning activities, meals, and rest periods
Assist classroom educators with supervision and engagement of children
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized setting
Follow all licensing, health, and safety procedures
Work collaboratively with educators, supervisors,



and families
Be available to work at any of our three Orangeville childcare locations as needed

What We’re Looking For
Enjoys working with children ages infant to preschool
Positive, patient, and dependable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible availability (openings may be short notice)
Understanding of the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA) is considered an asset

Pay: $17.60 per hour
