Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their experience
Assist customers with menu items, prepare their food according to their needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining floor, washrooms and kitchen areas
Food prep according to standard recipes set by the brand
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service standards
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for transactions and handle cash or card payments securely




Follow safety procedures and company policies to create a safe environment for all staff and customers

Qualifications
Solid communication skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide training!
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items regularly throughout shifts
