As a Freshii Team Member, you are the face of our mission: to help citizens of the world live better by making healthy food convenient and affordable. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, preparing nutritious meals and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience
Greet guests with an energetic and welcoming attitude.
Guide customers through our customizable menu options.
Operate POS systems to accurately process cash and card transactions.
Resolve issues quickly to ensure every guest leaves happy.

Food Preparation & Quality
Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, and organizing fresh produce.
Build entrees like bowls, burritos, salads, wraps, and smoothies.
Follow recipes strictly to maintain portion control and taste consistency.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness in the dining,



kitchen, and prep areas.
Restock stations continuously throughout the shift.
Wash dishes and equipment according to health standards.
Open or close the store by following designated checklists.

Qualifications & Skills
High energy and a passion for health and wellness.
Robust communication skills to interact effectively with guests and teammates.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure during peak rush hours.
No experience required; previous food service or retail experience is an asset.
Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
