Maintain and update driver files, training records, and certifications.
Track and follow up on Hours of Service (HOS) violations and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) compliance.
Prepare documentation for audits (e.g., National Safety Code, OHS, Food Safety, Environmental).




Facilitatedriver onboarding, training, and road evaluations.
Assistwith investigations of accidents and incidents, ensuring accuracy and accountability in reports.
Provide guidance and support to drivers on safety and compliance matters.
Conduct and document job task observations and site safety checks.
Monitor vehicle parking areas for safety hazards and ensure spill kits are complete and functional.

WhatYou’llBring
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Post-Secondaryeducation in Transportation, Supply Chain(or equivalent experience) preferred.
Demonstrated years‘ofrelated experience inTransport,Transport Compliance or Supply chain
Valid Class 1 driver’s license.
