We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to join our team at Chrismat Management Inc in the United Kingdom. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and delivering outstanding service, aligning with our commitment to excellence and teamwork.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
Supervise food preparation, cooking, and food safety procedures.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
Manage staff schedules and coordinate team activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in training new employees and developing existing staff.
Maintain a positive work workplace that promotes teamwork.




Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications
Proven supervising or managerial experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous restaurant or culinary experience is preferred.
Experience with food preparation, cooking, or barista duties is advantageous.
