Caffe Fantastico has been serving Victoria for over 25 years. We're an independent coffee company with three locations, a craft cocktail program, local food, and a passion for genuine hospitality.
We're looking for a full time experienced Supervisor to lead our Roastery evening team. If you love creating a welcoming atmosphere, enjoy coaching others, and take pride in a well-run bar, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
Lead evening bar service and support the team during busy periods.
Maintain consistency in cocktails, beer, wine, and guest service.
Lead table service and create an exceptional guest experience.
Assist with inventory, ordering, and reporting equipment issues.
Ensure responsible liquor service and food safety standards.
We're looking for someone who
Has previous leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
Enjoys coaching and inspiring a team.
Delivers warm, qualified hospitality.
Can work a fixed evening schedule Wednesday-Sunday, shifts from 12:30 to 7:30 and 1:30 to 9pm with consistent days off of Monday and Tuesday.
