As a BASC Coordinator, you will oversee programming that champions the YMCA’s mission while ensuring high-quality care and supervision for children. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee purchasing and organization of program materials
Maintain a presence at each school site monthly
Support staff with activity ideas and program goals
Monitor child-to-staff ratios during critical times
Build relationships with families and school administrators

Requirements:
4+ years' experience in a childcare or educational role
Knowledge of healthy child development and programming
Robust organizational and time management skills
Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
Current Criminal Record Check within 6 months
