Oversee school operations and ensure compliance with regulations
Drive community engagement to boost enrollment
Recruit, train,



and mentor educators for quality learning

Manage budgeting, scheduling, and overall administration Requirements:
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education
3+ years of leadership in licensed child care
Experience with new center openings
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
