SkyAlyne seeks a Subcontract Program Manager specializing in construction for the FAcT program in Ottawa. This permanent, full time position focuses on strategic subcontract management and compliance. As a Subcontract Program Manager, you will oversee a variety of subcontractors to ensure successful implementation of the Future Aircrew Training initiative.

A minimum of five years in similar roles is required, with an emphasis on managing construction projects and maintaining high standards for quality and budget. Your leadership will be critical in building relationships and coordinating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned subcontracts and oversee specifications
Monitor performance metrics and timelines closely
Develop and influence relevant Statements of Work (SOWs)




Build relationships with contractors and stakeholders
Analyze commercial metrics impacting program success

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business related
Five years’ experience in a similar field
Previous involvement in defense or construction projects
Proven organizational and time-management abilities
Capable of securing Government of Canada Security Clearance
