About the Role
Our client, a major player in the aerospace and defense sector, is seeking skilled technicians to join its teams dedicated to military aircraft programs. These technical roles are key to ensuring the assembly, maintenance, and modernization of high-precision aircraft, contributing directly to innovative and mission-critical defense projects.

Main Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, assembly, and repair work on military aircraft (avionics, mechanical, and electrical systems).

Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical and mechanical schematics for component installation and diagnostics.

Assemble and integrate structural or electrical systems in compliance with aerospace quality standards and procedures.

Ensure all maintenance and assembly activities meet safety, quality, and certification standards.

Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and production teams in a high-performance workplace.

Profile Sought

DEP or DEC in aeronautics,



avionics, electromechanics, or related field.

Relevant experience in aircraft maintenance or assembly (civil or military).

Valid M1/M2 AME license – a strong asset.

Ability to read and understand technical documents (English required).

Strong work ethic, autonomy, and teamwork skills.

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

Additional Requirements

Eligibility for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).

Ability to obtain or maintain a Government of Canada security clearance (Level 2 – Secret / NATO).
