As a Talent & Culture Technician reporting to the Talent & Culture Business Partner, you will play a key role within the Talent & Culture team. You will provide a high level of service to internal customers and apply your knowledge of human resources and administration to ensure an optimal employee experience. You will provide support to requests related to working conditions, contracts, the employee benefits program, the HR information system as well as the continuous improvement of LCI Education's processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to various requests and questions from employees related to their working conditions;
Work closely with the Business Partner on various HR files;
Maintain the files used in the HRIS (DayForce) by adding relevant documents;
Ensure the onboarding process for new employees;
Receive and distribute requests received in the Talent & Culture email;
Work closely with the recruitment department in the context of employee hiring;
Work closely with the payroll department to ensure optimal management of all employee files;
Draft documents, such as letters of confirmation of employment, termination of employment, appendices to employment contracts and memoranda from departments;
Produce various reports through our various information systems;
Manage and track invoices;
Perform any other duties related to the position.
REQUIREMENTS
Hold a bachelor's degree or certificate in human resources management (or any similar degree);
Have at least 1 year of relevant experience related to the position;
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce software (asset);
Experience with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel;
Have a sense of priorities, initiative, judgment, efficiency and solid experience in the simultaneous management of several projects and files;
Fluency in the French language (oral and written);
Proficiency in the English language at a professional level (oral and written).
This role involves interacting with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Skilled proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
