Sourcinghigh-caliber candidates on an ongoing basis through a variety of mediums andsourcing methodologies.
Workwith our project team members to develop, implement, and execute hiringstrategies for multiple skill sets.
Workeffectively to gain the interest of passive candidates through networking andreferrals.
Strategizedifferent ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research,referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
A fastlearner with high interest in new and emerging technologies and their businessapplications
Requirements
Collegeor university degree in Business Administration, Information Management, HumanResources, or Psychology.
Abilityto conduct online or in-person interviews technical.
Familiaritywith social media and qualified networks.
