Responsibilities include community outreach and providing direct education in northern First Nations communities, ensuring quality care and fostering relationships within the local health landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and evaluate diabetes management programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Nutrition
