Provides exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with product selection to create a positive shopping experience. Accurately processes cash, debit, credit, and return transactions while maintaining an organized and balanced cash drawer. Receives, unpacks, labels, stocks, and replenishes merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability.

Assists with inventory counts, merchandising, pricing updates, promotional displays, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Maintains a clean, protected, and welcoming store environment by following company policies and health and safety procedures. Collaborates effectively with team members to support daily operations, achieve store goals, and ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude





Keep all checkout workstations clean and tidy

Process customer transactions very precisely

Assist the sales team with merchandising or inventory within the store

Additionally sell second pairs and shoe care/accessory items

Maintain open lines of communication with supervisor and management

Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor

Requirements:

Must be able to work in a rapid-paced and team-oriented workplace

Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Have basic math skills, proficient computer skills

Be comfortable to using ladder/stairs

Must be able to carry multiple shoeboxes (up to 40lbs)

Must be willing to work scheduled hours including nights and weekends

Prior retail or sales experience is an asset
