We are seeking a Training and Development Manager to design practical learning programs that strengthen employee skills, performance, and career growth.
What You’ll Do:
Identify training and development needs
Create and deliver engaging learning programs
Manage onboarding and leadership development
Coordinate trainers, vendors, and learning resources
Track participation, feedback, and program results
Improve training materials and processes
Requirements:
Experience in training, learning and development, or human resources
Robust presentation, communication, and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities
Comfortable using learning and workplace technology
Relevant education or certification is an asset
Equivalent education and experience are welcome
