Lead the development of the facility Maintenance Program
Mentor and oversee maintenance technicians' daily activities
Plan maintenance shutdowns across operational areas
Collaborate on reliability improvement initiatives
Ensure timely calibration of all instruments Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Over 8 years of industrial maintenance experience
Proven background in managing Preventive Maintenance programs
Deep understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals
