Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Schedule: 10+ Hours/day, Saturdays and Sundays as required, Schedule as per Operational Requirements, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week
Location: Edmonton and Surrounding Area’s (non-camp position, required to live in the area)
Essential: Hard-working, reliable, versatile with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions
Requirements: Personal Reliable Vehicle
CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support
Pre-employment:
Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)
Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation
Fitness to Work Assessment Mask Fit Testing
Shop Labourer Responsibilities: Clean and prepare shop, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.
Assist with inventory control in the shop.
Assist skilled trades as required.
Maintain a secure and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use.
Load and unload supplies from trucks manually and at times may be asked to use equipment.
Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
