WSP is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Water & Wastewater Facilities Team in Thornhill, Ontario. Utilize your structural expertise to enhance essential community infrastructure. This senior role focuses on providing structural analysis and design for various municipal projects, including water treatment plants and pumping stations. You will guide junior engineers, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to comprehensive engineering solutions.

Deliver and oversee structural designs for municipal infrastructure
Prepare engineering calculations and design models




Collaborate on BIM workflows for project clarity
Assist in technical problem-solving during construction
Develop specifications and project documentation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred
6–10 years’ experience focused on water and waste management
Skilled Engineer registration or eligibility
Proficient with Canadian design codes
