Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to address their needs and inquiries
Assist shoppers in locating products, offering recommendations, and answering questions about merchandise
Maintain cleanliness of the store by sweeping, dusting, organizing shelves, and ensuring displays are tidy and appealing
Restock shelves efficiently to keep products available and well-presented throughout the day
Operate cash registers accurately, process transactions smoothly, and handle returns or exchanges professionally
Support inventory management by assisting with stock counts and organizing stockrooms
Ensure safety protocols are followed by keeping walkways clear and reporting any hazards promptly
