Support the team lead in recruiting, scheduling, mentoring, and developing the in-store services team

Create an amazing customer experience

Assist customers with computer setup, diagnostics, and repairs

What we’re looking for: Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers 2+ years’ retail experience

1+ year’s technical customer service experience

Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a rapid-paced setting A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment

Excellent communication skills
