Your responsibilities include enforcing configuration standards, guiding solution builds, and managing AI capabilities. This position requires collaboration with architecture teams and other stakeholders to align on platform strategy and mitigate risk. Key Responsibilities:
Enforce configuration standards across platform programs
Maintain technical debt inventory and manage priorities
Guide program teams in platform build processes
Evaluate AI capabilities for the Specialty Health platform
Identify and escalate cross-program integration risks Requirements:
10+ years in healthcare digital platforms
Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud or similar
Experience in platform health metrics
Solid communication and influencing skills
