Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CDP to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to high standards, ensuring food safety and quality, and delivering excellent service to our members. This role offers an chance to showcase your culinary skills in a rapid-paced Club environment, contributing to a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to members and guests through consistent food quality and presentation
Supervise and support line cooks to ensure efficient, high-quality, and consistent food production
Assist with food preparation, cooking, and execution of menu items and features in collaboration with the Chef team
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory, receive and store deliveries, and support monthly inventory processes to minimize waste
Support cost control initiatives, including food and labour management
Contribute to a positive team environment through training, collaboration, and adherence to kitchen procedures and standards

Qualifications:




A minimum of 2 years’ experience with a la carte dining is preferred
Red Seal certification or equivalent experience is considered an asset
Valid Food Safety course certificate
Proven track record of positive leadership and customer service
Have an accurate understanding of allergies and dietary requirements
Resilient and outcome-focused in stressful situations, with a commitment to delivering well presented, quality food
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our location
