Lead groundbreaking lithium extraction projects with our client, a leader in Alberta's emerging energy industry. This Calgary-based role focuses on project management for creative lithium refining processes. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the design, execution, and operational readiness of the lithium extraction and refining processes within the Clearwater Central Processing Facility.

Your expertise will drive the scope management, budget control, and team leadership across the entire project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Champion safety culture and compliance across all operations
Lead FEED, engineering, procurement, and commissioning activities
Define project scope, budget, and execution strategies




Forecast budgets and monitor financial resources efficiently
Establish KPIs for measuring project performance Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Professional Engineer registration required
15+ years in project management, preferably in oil & gas or chemical processing
Proven track record of delivering projects over $100MM
Experience with EPC contractors and complex procurement programs
