Northern Reflections is seeking a Shift Leader to join our Edmonton store team, reporting to the Store Manager. You will oversee daily operations, open/close procedures, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience for customers.
As part of the leadership team, you’ll drive sales, coach sales associates, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a protected, effective store workplace while modeling our customer service excellence.
