Compensation: $148,000.00-$185,000.00.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to derive insights from large datasets, ensuring robust outcomes that inform strategic decisionsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, providing data-driven recommendations that enhance their operationsTranslate complex analytical results into clear, concise presentations and reports for both technical and non-technical audiencesLead initiatives in data exploration, cleaning, and pre-processing to ensure data accuracy and reliability for analysisStay up-to-date with industry trends in data science and machine learning, incorporating new methodologies and tools to enhance our service offeringsMentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, cultivating an inclusive and cutting-edge team environmentWork closely with data engineering teams to ensure effective data architecture and pipelines that support analytical queries and workflowsRequirementsMaster's degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative fieldA minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or related fields, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful data-driven projectsProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala,
