The Heist, part of Thinkingbox, seeks an Art Director with vision and expertise. You will guide motion design projects from concept to execution, including storyboarding and high-quality 3D/2D content creation. Collaborating with fellow creatives and cross-functional teams, you’ll shape visual narratives across various campaigns while mentoring junior talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead creative direction and concept development for motion projects
• Create styleframes and storyboards defining project aesthetics
• Oversee the execution of 3D and 2D motion graphics




• Collaborate with directors and designers on campaign narratives
• Provide actionable feedback that elevates project quality
Requirements:
• 7+ years in motion design, with 1-2 years in leadership
• Solid portfolio showcasing art direction across multiple platforms
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
