Role: Duck Creek Consultant
Work Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada - Preferred Hybrid Onsite
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Business Analyst within 10 to 15 years of overall experience and minimum 5 years of experience in PC insurance.
Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Ocean Marine products Logistics Hull and Marine Liability.
Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows and create detailed documentation including business requirements functional specifications and use cases.
Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to design and implement Duck Creek solutions that meet business needs.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain explicit and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users on Duck Creek applications and processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek technologies including Policy Billing and Claims modules.
