Insight Global is looking for a business analyst to join a leading toy and entertainment company on a contract basis. Supporting a large SAP migration project, the SAP Operations IT Business Analyst (IT BA) plays a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver innovative SAP solutions that optimize operational processes. This role requires expertise in SAP systems, particularly S/4HANA, and a solid ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. The IT BA will focus on enhancing operational workflows such as supply chain, procurement, and inventory management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years specializing in SAP operations projects.




· Skilled certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Skilled (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
· Proven track record of delivering SAP-focused projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
· Strong understanding of operational processes in industries like supply chain, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
