Responsibilities Provide legal support with a focus on M&A; activity
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
Assist with privacy and related compliance considerations
Contribute to other areas as needed within the legal team
Qualifications At least two years of experience in M&A;, in-house preferred
Experience in commercial drafting
Experience with privacy matters
Ability to adapt in a rapid-paced environment and support rapid growth
