Responsibilities
Engage with customers in retail or technology settings to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest
Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately during sales processes
Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly,



and maintaining a friendly demeanor
Utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette to follow up with clients and support ongoing sales efforts
Manage time effectively to prioritize customer interactions and meet daily sales goals

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or a related customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Technical sales experience involving product demos or explaining complex features is a plus
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customer bases
Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
Strong organizational skills, time management, and effective communication are essential for success in this role
Basic math skills are necessary for accurate transactions and inventory management
