Responsibilities
Install pour-in-place rubber surfacing on residential and commercial projects.
Trowel and finish rubber to a smooth, qualified standard.
Assist with site preparation, mixing materials, and cleanup.
Load and unload equipment and materials.
Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.

Requirements
Valid G driver's license (REQUIRED).
Experience troweling rubber surfacing is a strong asset.
Experience with concrete finishing, asphalt, landscaping,



or similar construction trades is an asset.
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Must have reliable transportation to job sites between Newmarket and Barrie.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
