Technical Adhesives is hiring a Research Chemist to join our team in Mississauga. We manufacture hot melt adhesives, water-based adhesives, and custom formulations for industrial applications, and we're looking for someone detail-oriented and hands-on to help ensure every batch meets spec.

What you'll do:
Perform routine testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
Investigate out-of-spec results and support root-cause troubleshooting
Support continuous improvement of QC procedures and testing methods
Maintain accurate lab notes
Research and development of current products
Analysis on competitors products
Troubleshoot customer requirements
Run trials to make adjustments to formulas.

What we're looking for:
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Strong attention to detail and solid documentation habits
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with standard lab/testing equipment
