The Opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to be the integrative, problem-solving force behind our healthcare products, connecting clinical and patient needs, business priorities, and software development to ship products that measurably improve care. You'll own outcomes, not just output, accountable for products that scalably solve the most key problems for clinicians, administrators, and patients.



Working with a cross-disciplinary team to discover, validate, and rapidly build products, you'll deeply understand the problems of our users, customers, and domain experts, then design the solution and partner with development teams to deliver it.

Responsibilities
Own product outcomes by defining, tracking, and reporting the metrics that show your product is improving patient outcomes, clinical efficiency, and adoption;
Run continuous discovery through regular conversations with clinicians, administrators, patients, and prospects, turning insight into validated, prioritized requirements;
De-risk before you build through prototypes, experiments, and A/B tests, reshaping or killing ideas that don't hold up;
Own product design end-to-end by shaping the UX directly, from problem framing through wireframes, flows, and usability validation,
