Must-Haves:
8+ years of extensiveknowledgeof P25 radio technology acquired through design and/or support, preferably in a Motorola setting
5+ years in a supervisory position managing and/or administering a P25 radio network
Hands-on experience with voice and data encryption equipment such as KMF, KMF workstation and KVL
Hands-on experience using Motorola ZoneWatch, the Provisioning Manager software(PM) and Unified Event Manager (UEM) or equivalent
Proficiency in producing various report as they related to the LRC use of the LMRN
Demonstrated project management skills
Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and people skills
Ability to produce transparent,



succinct and fact based recommendations and proposals
Demonstrated knowledge of people skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to organize, schedule, delegate and review the work of subordinates
Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships as necessitated by the work
Able to obtain OPP Level 4 Security Clearance
