Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Write detailed repair orders by accurately documenting customer complaints, vehicle symptoms, and requested services
Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure proper diagnosis and repairs are completed efficiently
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical knowledge and customer needs to maximize service opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage invoices with integrity




Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair recommendations clearly and answering questions confidently
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business

Skills
Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Ability to upsell services tactfully while prioritizing customer needs
Solid cash handling skills with attention to detail for accurate transactions
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technicians and engage customers confidently
Knowledge of automotive repair processes, dealership operations, and sales techniques
