Responsibilities
Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, taking orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
Assist with food and beverage presentation, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and are delivered promptly.
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup, sanitation, and food handling procedures.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction.
Demonstrate excellent guest service skills by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order calculations.
Experience in food preparation, serving, cashiering, or related roles within the food industry is advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and skilled demeanor.
