Job Title : Recruiter (Staffing & HR Services)

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Location : Mississauga, Ontario (In office)

Shift : 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate : Up to $20/hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team, specializing in staffing and HR business services. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in full-cycle recruitment within a quick-paced agency setting.

Responsibilities
Conduct intake meetings with clients to understand hiring needs and define candidate qualifications
Post job advertisements across job boards, career pages, and social media platforms
Source and engage passive candidates through platforms such as Indeed, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Attend and network at job fairs and recruitment events
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone and video interviews and prepare candidate shortlists for clients
Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline




Prepare candidates for client interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Maintain accurate records of candidate information, including resumes, interview notes, and evaluations

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within a staffing agency environment or similar role
Robust understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
Proficiency with social media platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using various interview formats, including phone and virtual interviews
Ability to assess candidates across different roles and seniority levels
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Ability to review candidate resumes and present suitable profiles to clients
