Roofing Labourer / Roofer

Responsibilities
Assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of roofing materials using hand tools and power tools
Support the team in heavy lifting of roofing materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth workflow
Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing standards are met
Use carpentry skills for framing, trimming, and preparing surfaces for roofing applications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols
Support handyman tasks as needed, including minor repairs around the site or building structures

Job Requirements:
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
Must be a Canadian resident,



residing in the local Boundary, BC area is preferred.
Comfortable working at heights.
Able to work safely in all weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying 60+ lbs regularly.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Robust attention to safety and quality workmanship.

Experience
Prior construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with hand tools, caulking techniques, and basic carpentry is highly desirable
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights safely
Previous handyman experience or general labor background will be considered an asse
