ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Senior People Operations Partner, you'll help build the People infrastructure that enables a rapid-growing, distributed team to scale without losing what makes it special. You'll partner with the Director of People to inform and deliver on the People strategy,



while rolling up your sleeves on the day-to-day operations that keep a global team running. You're energized by using AI to reimagine how People Operations is delivered, and you hold a high bar for the teams you help build to attract and retain Olympic-calibre talent.

While this is a distributed-first role, this person must be located within the Greater Toronto area (or within a commutable distance to our office in Downtown Toronto) and is encouraged to be in the office with our team whenever possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving workplace issues with empathy and prioritizing inquiries by urgency and impact
Track key People metrics, from quality of hire to turnover, to surface trends and inform decisions
