Skills Required
8–10 years of IT experience, with significant experience working on Pega Platform projects.
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.
Solid experience in Application Operations Support / Production Support environments.
Hands-on experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
Valuable understanding of Pega architecture, case management, integrations, and business process implementation.
Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
Knowledge of deployment and release management processes.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must be eligible for security clearance/background verification requirements.
